1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aqq99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the aqq99 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://aqq99.io.
• "Platform" means the aqq99 website, mobile-optimised site, any downloadable application, and all associated services and products made available by aqq99.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds granted by aqq99 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover amount a Player must generate from eligible games before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and payment verification, conducted by aqq99 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the aqq99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and aqq99 regarding your use of the Platform.

You accept these Terms by taking any one of the following actions:

• Completing the account registration process on the Platform;
• Logging in to an existing aqq99 Account;
• Depositing funds into your Account; or
• Placing any wager or participating in any game or promotional offer on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. aqq99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register for and use an aqq99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by aqq99 or any gambling self-exclusion programme;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of aqq99 or its affiliated service providers.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aqq99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

aqq99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious activity. Required documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other proof of identity, as well as proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aqq99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aqq99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify aqq99 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. aqq99 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending a security review.

4.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You agree to use your Account only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not to conduct any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal act.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. aqq99 may charge an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month on inactive Accounts. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Any remaining Real Money Balance in a dormant Account will remain accessible upon successful re-authentication.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aqq99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. aqq99 reserves the right to apply additional transaction limits based on risk assessment at its sole discretion.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically confirmed and credited to your Account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be credited. aqq99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day will ordinarily be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day. aqq99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing any withdrawal. Processing timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended in the event of technical issues or compliance reviews.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. aqq99 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that has not been used to fund the Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by aqq99 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's Bonus Balance are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus value before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games from eligible providers typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting may contribute a varying percentage depending on the specific offer. Contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonuses and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and may not be reinstated.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

aqq99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus in circumstances where aqq99 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk staking strategies, using a duplicate account to claim the same offer more than once, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.6 One Bonus at a Time

A Player may not hold or wager with more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific terms of an offer expressly permit it. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently may result in one or more bonuses being voided.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the aqq99 Platform use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG system and are not influenced by aqq99 or any third party. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

aqq99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. This includes wagers placed at incorrect odds due to technical or human error. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, aqq99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players. aqq99 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors, including any winnings that would have been received in the absence of the malfunction.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are governed by aqq99's sportsbook rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the sportsbook rules shall be interpreted in the manner most consistent with standard international sports betting conventions. aqq99 reserves the right to suspend or void markets at any time where the integrity of an event is in question.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stake

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be adjusted by aqq99 at any time. Players who consistently win at an unusual rate may have their maximum stake limits reduced at aqq99's sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aqq99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned minus applicable costs at aqq99's discretion:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the transfer of proceeds of crime;
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other form of scripting to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
• Using a payment method that you are not the registered account holder of;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where your personal use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aqq99 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aqq99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, trademarks, and trade names, is the property of aqq99 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or index any portion of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by aqq99 is governed by the aqq99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

aqq99 collects personal data necessary to provide the Platform services, process payments, conduct KYC verification, detect fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver a personalised gaming experience. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with authorised service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aqq99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss or corruption of data or Account balance due to technical failure;
• Interrupted access to the Platform resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be incorrect due to error.

Where aqq99's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your aqq99 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, aqq99 will process any outstanding withdrawals of your Real Money Balance subject to completion of any required KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

13.2 Termination by aqq99

aqq99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged inactivity. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all licences and permissions granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any Bonus Balance remaining at the time of closure is forfeited. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including obligations related to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

14 Amendments

aqq99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aqq99 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Account.

Amended Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and aqq99 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aqq99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
